December 12, 2-15, Tokyo, Japan - Togoshi and Yutakacho, two adjacent neighborhoods stretching north and south of the Togoshi Ginza, a 1.3-kilometer bustling shopping street lined with green grocers, butchers, eateries and all kinds of retailers.
