Yamada Denki Co. announced on January 21 that its founder and president Noboru Yamada will assume the position of chairman with representative authority, and Mitsumasa Kuwano, director and managing executive officer, will be promoted to president, at the company's headquarters in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, on the afternoon of January 21, 2016.
