Masahiko Shibayama, lawmaker and special advisor to the Prime Minister Shinzo Abe speaks during a press conference at the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan on February 24, 2016, Tokyo, Japan. Shibayama's conference was arranged to explain the Abe governments struggles to turn around the Japanese economy and he spoke about Japan's participation in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TTP,) the nation's pension fund and how to reduce working time in Japan.
