Seven Japanese working on a transportation infrastructure project managed by the International Cooperation Agency (JICA) were among 28 who died in a terrorist attack on a cafe in Bangladesh's capital, Dhaka, on July 1st. The Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe expressed his anger over the attack calling it an unforgivable act of terrorism and JICA's President Shinichi Kitaoka also expressed his grief after hearing that seven Japanese had been killed.
