June 10, 2016, Kyoto, Japan - Lined with traditional shops and eateries, Pontocho Alley, which is considered by many Kyoto residents and visitors to be the most beautiful street in Kyoto, western Japan, is marred by messy overhead utility cables on June 10, 2016.
