Kil Won-ok and Kim Bok-dong, Aug 29, 2016 : Kil Won-ok (C, front) and Kim Bok-dong (2nd R, second row), who said that they were forced to become a sex slave by Japanese army during World War II, attend an opening ceremony for a park commemorating the victims of Japan's sexual enslavement during Japan's occupation of the Korean Peninsula (1910-45), on Mount Nam in Seoul, South Korea. The Seoul Metropolitan Government and a committee which is charge of building the memorial park held the ceremony on Monday, which marks the 106th anniversary of the colonization. The place of the memorial park is the former residence of Japan's colonial-era resident-general, where the annexation treaty between Korea and Japan was signed on August 22, 1910. The treaty went into effect one week later. (Photo by Lee Jae-Won/AFLO) (SOUTH KOREA)
