Renewed after renovation
Tokyo Photography Art Museum signboard on display outside its building in Ebisu Garden Place on September 6, 2016, Tokyo, Japan. Formerly known as the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography, the museum re-opened its doors this week after two years of renovation work. In English it is nicknamed TOP MUSEUM because the museum contains 18,812 photographs of the best Japanese and foreign artists such as Ansel Adams, W. Eugene Smith and Gustave Le Gray.
