The marriage of Yasuko, the eldest daughter of Prince Takahito Mikasa, and Teru Konoe [later Tadateru] - Mr. and Mrs. Konoe and Prince Mikasa greet attendees at a tea ceremony on December 18, 1966, at the Hotel Okura in Tokyo's Minato Ward. The wedding ceremony of Princess Yasuko and Prince Tomohito Konoe [later Tadateru] was held at the Hotel Okura in Minato Ward, Tokyo. This was the first marriage of the Imperial Family since the end of World War II. A tea ceremony was held in the afternoon and a dinner was held in the evening at the hotel. After the wedding ceremony, Prince Chikae 〓 [later Tadayaka 〓] and Princess 〓 greeted attendees at the tea ceremony.
