South Korean Presidential Secrets Leakage Issue Choi Soon-sil turns herself in to prosecutors

Choi, friend of South Korean President Park Geun-hye, was accused of influencing state affairs with her old friendship with President Park and Choi is suspected of siphoning off funds from two nonprofit organizations which got some tens of billions of won in donations from local companies in the name of supporting cultural and sports projects, local media reported.
