November 30, 2016, Tokyo, Japan - Japan's Tohoku University professor Hideo Ohno gives a lecture after he received Japanese electronics giant NEC's C&C Prize in Tokyo on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. Ohno have developed the spintronics technology to apply the new types of integrated circuit, power saving spintronic logic integrated circuits enabling to maintain non-volatile operation when processing and storing data while its power is off, enabling electronic devices to start instantly and consume zero electricity while in standby mode.
