Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe leaves the World Assembly for Women : WAW! 2016 on December 13, 2016, Tokyo, Japan. Female leaders from politics, business, sports and society are attending WAW! 2016 to discuss the roles of women in their countries and affiliations. Japan is trying to increase the participation of women in work and Abe's administration set a goal of increasing the share of women in management roles to 30 percent by 2020.
