Beautiful Japanese Cuisine in Korea After Studying at a Culinary School, Mr. Seung-Ho Park Studied at a Culinary School in Korea and Obtained a Visa for National Project
Katsuho Park prepares fish (3:33 p.m., August 25, 2014, in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City). In July of this year, the first visas were issued to international students to work at restaurants serving Japanese food under the Japanese government's program to foster human resources to promote Japanese cuisine overseas. One of these students, 26-year-old Park Seung-ho from South Korea, is working at Tatumi Sushi in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City. He has been working hard to learn the skills of senior chefs and to spread the Japanese cuisine that he loves in Korea.
