February 16, 2017, Konosu, Japan - Workers and volunteers start arranging ornamental dolls on a red-carpeted pyramid as the City of Konosu, north of Tokyo, prepares for an annual feast of dolls on Thursday, February 16, 2017. Twenty workers are joined by 50 volunteers in arranging 1,800 dolls on the 31-tier seven-meter-tall pyramid for the official Doll Festival starting Friday.
