Atsuko Ikeda
Atsuko Ikeda (formerly Atsuko Jungu), newlywed, talks about her joy on the opening day of Ikeda Sangyo Zoo.
On October 10 of the previous year, Atsuko Ikeda, the eldest son of the Ikeda family, a former noble (marquis) family of the Bizen Okayama domain, married the Ikeda rancher, and on that day, the zoo, which had been her husband's dream, opened as a limited company "Ikeda Industrial Zoo" (later renamed "Ikeda Industrial Zoo and Botanical Garden" and later "Ikeda Zoo," Inc.
