April 22, 2010, Tokyo, Japan - A prospective customer leafs through a copy of the third volume of Haruki Murakami's best-welling novel "1Q84" at Tokyo's Sanseido bookstore on Thursday, April 22, 2010. Fifty thousand copies hit the store shelves across Japan on the first day of sales on April 16. The publisher has printed a combined 2.44 million copies of the volume one and two since their release in May last year and decided to print an additional 200,000 copies of the volume three.
