Special Feature: Hideki Tojo (Mainichi Graph, August 21, 1983) Hideki Tojo The Prime Minister's visit to the Uchihara Training Center of the Manchurian Volunteer Army and the screening of the movie "The Tokyo Trials" (directed by Masaki Kobayashi) have renewed interest in the Pacific War, and dozens of photographic negatives of former Prime Minister Hideki Tojo, a representative war leader, have recently been found, including previously unpublished images. They were taken by the Mainichi Shimbun's photography department at the time and include rare snaps.
