June 11, 2010, Tokyo, Japan - Secretary General Shozaburo Jimi of the People's New Party arrives at the prime minister's official residence on June 8, 2010. Jimi will succeed PNP cheif Shizuka Kamei as minister for postal reform and financial service. Kamei announced his resignation early Friday, June 11, in protest at the Democratic Party of Japan's failure to fulfill an accord between the two parties over a postal reform bill.
