Tuberculosis, 3D CT scan
3D coloured computed tomography (CT) scan of the chest of a patient with pulmonary tuberculosis. Pulmonary tuberculosis is caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is spread by coughing and sneezing. The bacteria create primary tubercles, nodular lesions of the lungs.
